Do you offer international shipping?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please direct all return inquiries to team@sugopop.com within SEVEN (7) days of the date of receipt. Returns made without contacting us first via email will not be honored. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrived damaged, please email team@sugopop.com with your order ID and clear photos of the damage. All damaged-in-transit claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (per carrier tracking).

Any claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for processing or reimbursement consideration due to carrier claim limitations. Replacements will be offered at our discretion.

What is your Pre-Order policy?

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Preorder items are not physically in our inventory yet though they will be shortly and are available for purchase with shipment beginning when they arrive to us. Some of these items are still being made, some are made but have not yet arrived to us, and some are made to order. If you purchased other ready to ship items along with a preorder item, we hold all items to ship once the Preorder items are in our hands. We do our best to estimate the time frame but there may be issues out of our control that can cause a delays.
