Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs unless the product we shipperd is defective. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. We can only exchange a defective item with the same item. If the item is sold out, we can offer store credit, an exchange or a full refund.

Our Products are hand made and may exhibit individual differences and handcrafted characteristics. Minor color variations, hand-drawn marks, varying magnetic attraction strength, black dots in transparent parts, slight assembly gaps, and traces of paint on non-exposed areas do not constitute flaws and are not considered defects.

Our products are special custom-made items, and once sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless serious damage happens during transit.

By participating in the purchase, you are deemed to have fully understood, been informed of, agreed to, and accepted all of the aforementioned content.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
