Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrived damaged, please email team@sugopop.com with your order ID and clear photos of the damage. All damaged-in-transit claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (per carrier tracking).

Any claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for processing or reimbursement consideration due to carrier claim limitations. Replacements will be offered at our discretion.

No. Our art toys are designed, manufactured, and intended for collectors aged 14 and above. They are not suitable for young children. They may contain small parts, intricate details, or fragile components that pose a choking hazard and are not safe for children. We do not conduct the specific safety testing required for toys intended for children under 14.

For our studio, "Limited Edition" is a promise of exclusivity. Each of our art toy releases is assigned a specific edition size (e.g., 100 pcs, 300 pcs) for its specific colorway and material. This number is the absolute total we will ever manufacture of that exact version.

We will not make any more of that specific version after the edition sells out. However, we may explore the same core sculpt in future limited editions with entirely new color schemes, finishes, or materials. Each variation is a distinct, collectible edition on its own.

This practice helps preserve and potentially increase the item's value over time, making it a treasured piece for any collection.
